Hello world! I have currently completed half of my candidate reviews for the Alabama Gubernatorial 2010 race. The first half consisted of the top two contenders in each race (as seen by me, or in the Democratic primary case, there was only two), and with the Republicans, one dark horse. The candidates completed so far in Artur Davis (5/10), Ron Sparks (3/10), Bradley Byrne (7/10), Tim James (6/10), and Robert Bentley (8/10). **Edit, now added Roy Moore (4/10), Bill Johnson (3/10), James Potts (3/10), and Charles Taylor (1/10).**
You can click on the names to go to the reviews. The numbers in the parenthesis are the ratings I have each candidate. Before anyone jumps up and down crying saying I only gave Davis and Sparks a lot rating because they are Democrats, how about you just read my review. Low reviews usually came about due to lack on content, not because I was against any of their views. With the most part, on some level any of the above would be a good candidate for governor. It will be an interesting race, and be on the look out of my official endorsement (which could be a surprise, or not!) Be on the lookout for the rest of the reviews. The only two “major” candidates left are Roy Moore and Bill Johnson (Moore being a big name, and an upset against Byrne and James, and Johnson being another dark horse, be not nearly as strong as bentley), as well as Potts and Taylor. More to come soon!
